How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
3. Ship the item to our return address, which will be provided in your return authorization email.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please indicate this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
